What we collect and why
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the message you write. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss our services with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.
Who handles it
Form messages are passed through Formspree, a form service we use, which emails them to us and may store them on its systems, including outside the UK. This website is hosted by Netlify, and its typeface is supplied by Google Fonts. When your browser loads the page, those providers receive technical information such as your IP address. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to reply and to deal with any follow-up, and then delete them. If you become a client, we hold your information under our client terms and legal record-keeping duties.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
